Quick answers to the most common questions about using Disclosure Hub.
Click "Start Free Trial" on the home page or visit the app directly. Enter your email and choose a strong password (at least 12 characters with uppercase, lowercase, number, and special character). No card is required to start the 30-day trial.
Click "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page. You will receive an email with a temporary password. After signing in with the temporary password you will be prompted to set a new one.
Yes. The app is fully responsive and works in any modern mobile browser. For the best experience completing the Form E, we recommend a tablet or desktop so you can see the section navigation alongside the form.
All connections use HTTPS encryption. Your data is stored in UK data centres and access is restricted by technical and operational controls. Sessions expire automatically after a period of inactivity.
Form E is the standard financial statement used in divorce proceedings in England and Wales. It requires you to disclose all of your assets, income, liabilities, and financial needs. Both parties must complete one as part of the financial remedy process.
No. Your progress is saved automatically. You can close the browser and return at any time — the form picks up exactly where you left off.
As you answer each question, the AI reviews your responses for:
The AI does not give legal advice. It helps you organise and check your information, but you remain responsible for deciding what to correct, explain, file or share.
Yes. Navigate to any section using the sidebar and update your answers at any time before you export the final bundle.
Answer as accurately as you can. If a question genuinely does not apply to you, select "Not applicable" or enter "N/A". Leaving questions blank may reduce your disclosure completeness score and could lead to follow-up questions.
Completeness includes more than uploaded evidence. It is capped by Form E completion, generated PDF status, financial-analysis clearance, and unresolved review issues. If a bank-statement check, flagged number, missing review item, or consistency issue still needs attention, the dashboard explains what to review before the score can reach 100%.
The specific documents depend on your circumstances, but common examples include:
The form will prompt you for the relevant evidence as you complete each section.
PDF, JPEG, and PNG. Non-PDF files are automatically converted to PDF when added to your bundle.
Individual files can be up to 25 MB. If you have a large document, consider splitting it into smaller sections or reducing the scan resolution.
Yes. Navigate to the relevant question or open the Bundle Checker, then upload a replacement. The previous version is replaced.
Open Profile from the compact header. The My Documents table lists every uploaded file with its name, type, size, upload date, and status.
The Bundle Checker is a checklist view of documents commonly needed for a structured disclosure pack. It shows which documents have been uploaded (green) and which are still missing (amber), organised by Form E section.
Once your Form E is complete and your evidence is uploaded, open the Bundle Checker and click "Export Bundle". This generates a single PDF pack containing your completed Form E and supporting documents for your own review, solicitor review or use in the financial remedy process.
From the Form E workspace, click Generate Form E PDF at the top of the page. The system fills in the Form E template with your answers and downloads the completed PDF. An encrypted copy is also stored securely in your case for future reference.
Every PDF you generate appears in the Generated Form E PDFs section at the bottom of the Form E Dashboard. From there you can re-download any version, add notes, or mark a PDF as court-submitted.
Marking a PDF as court-submitted locks that saved version. The file cannot be deleted and any notes become read-only. This creates a clear dated record of the version you marked as filed.
Draft PDFs can be deleted — you will be asked to confirm before the file is removed. PDFs that have been marked as court-submitted cannot be deleted, so you keep a clear record of the version you marked as filed.
Yes. Download the exported bundle PDF and share it by email or any other secure method. If your solicitor has a LIPService firm account, they can also be granted direct access to your case.
Yes. You get 30 days free with access to the disclosure preparation workflow. No credit card is required to start.
Your data is preserved. After the trial, choose a subscription package if you want to continue. Consumer subscriptions are shown monthly with a 6 month commitment, and professional interfaces are available through sales.

Yes. Disclosure Hub helps you prepare a Form E pack using the standard Form E structure for England and Wales, but a court may still ask questions or require changes. The software does not decide whether your disclosure is legally sufficient for your circumstances. You should review everything before filing or sharing it.
